I graduated with an illustration degree from Carnegie Mellon in the early 80's and became a designer at Penton Media. I currently run the Murray Hill Life Drawing Group and co-founded the Drawn & Quartered drawing competition which is goining on its 13th year. IInfluences include by William Blake, Alfred Beardsley, Edward Gorey, the Impressionists, Turner, Modigliani and comic artist Jaime Hernandez of ‘Love and Rockets’.
